By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide online English tutoring services through 1:1 video lessons. Lessons are conducted via video conferencing platforms and may include conversational practice and structured package-based learning with modules, quizzes, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and used to book lessons. 1 credit equals 30 minutes of lesson time. Credits do not expire. Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

5. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson will not receive a credit refund.

6. No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend scheduled lessons without prior notice will not receive a credit refund.

7. Refund Policy

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase date, no questions asked. Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, module content, quizzes, and resources provided through our platform are the intellectual property of Sabrina de Klerk and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

9. Data Handling and Retention

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Booking history is retained for up to 12 months after the lesson date, then automatically deleted.
• Credit transaction records are retained for up to 24 months for financial record-keeping, then automatically deleted.
• You may export your data or delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

11. Your Rights

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
