Refund Policy

    1. Credit Purchases

    Credits purchased can be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase date, no questions asked. Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

    2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

    Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit refund to your account balance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for credit refunds.

    3. No-Show Policy

    No refunds or credits will be issued for lessons where the student fails to attend without prior notice.

    4. Technical Issues

    If a lesson cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the lesson or refund the credits used.

    5. Refund Timeframe

    Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the initial day of purchase. Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

    6. How Refunds Are Processed

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit refunds (back to your account balance) are applied instantly.

    7. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, extended travel) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with relevant details.

    8. Data Handling for Transactions

    In accordance with our Privacy Policy:

    • Credit transaction records are retained for up to 24 months for financial record-keeping and audit purposes, then automatically deleted.
    • Booking history is retained for up to 12 months after the lesson date.
    • You can view your full transaction history and export your data at any time from your account Settings page.

    9. Your Rights
